From Mass. Turnpike (I-90) Eastbound or Rte. 93 Northbound:

Take Rte. 93 North to Rte. 1 North, Tobin Bridge exit #27
Go over Tobin Bridge and take 3rd exit (Webster Ave.)
At bottom of ramp turn left, and then turn left again onto Rte. 16 West
Go 3 lights and turn left (Everett Ave.)
Go 2 lights and turn right (Spruce St.)
Go 2 lights and turn right (Beacham St.)
NEPC will be about 1/3 mi on your right, and
350 Beacham St. will be about 1/10 mi on your right.

From Rt. 1 Southbound:

Take Rt. 1 South to Carter Street exit
At the end of the exit ramp, bear right
At the traffic light, turn left onto Everett Ave.
Proceed over a set of railroad tracks to the first set of lights
Turn right onto Spruce St.
Follow straight to the 2nd set of lights
Turn right onto Beacham St.
Follow straight to the NEPC, about 1/3 mi on your right, and
350 Beacham St. will be about 1/10 mi on your right.
